Buses in London are recognised all around the world. They are big, red and usually full of grumpy Londoners. However, a new bus has arrived in the UK's capital that is nothing like the others. This one is small, white and has no driver! It is a test version of a driverless bus that could be in use by 2019. It only has room for four passengers and there is no steering wheel or brake. Instead, it is controlled by computers and uses sensors to 'see' if there is anything in its way. The bus can travel up to 16 kilometres per hour - much slower than the average car. It seems like the public are interested in trying out this new form of transport. Over 5000 people volunteered to be passengers during the test period.
